Purchase Information

Pricing - Puppies are priced individually, according to quality and color. Most of our puppies have champion bloodlines, excellent health, and some are show quality. We produce high quality purebred Shih-Tzu! We breed for health, beauty, and loving dispositions!

We do not sell to pet shops or brokers!!!

Deposit - is half the purchase price of the puppy and must be received within 5 working days of you picking out your puppy. If not using PayPal, please send postal money order by priority mail with delivery confirmation. No personal checks are accepted. Unless other arrangements are made, deposit must be made within 5 business days, or puppy goes back up for adoption. Make sure you can accept the responsibility of a puppy as deposits are non-refundable, under any circumstances! Once you have chosen a puppy and placed a deposit on that puppy it will be marked as sold and no transfers or refunds are available.

We will no longer accept a deposit until the deposit form is filled out, signed and either faxed or mailed
to us!!

Balance - due by the time they are 7 weeks old. Balance due must be paid by PayPal, cash, or USPS money order. This avoids hassle at time of delivery. All monies are non-refundable. Shipping costs or mileage must be added into the balance due. Unless other arrangements are made, if the balance due is not received when the puppy is 8
weeks old the deposit is forfeited, contract is void, and the puppy will be placed back up for adoption.Your puppy must be picked up or shipped by the time it is 10 weeks of age. If you are unable to accept your puppy at that time there will be a $15.00 a day boarding fee for every day the puppy is in our care and additional fees will incur for any shots and dewormings the puppy will need in that time frame.

Shipping - is available and price depends on location of the buyer. Buyer assumes all costs associated with shipping. Additional costs when shipping include health certificate and crate and airline ticket. Please Note: We reserve the right to determine when the puppies are ready to be shipped out. We do our very best to get your puppy to you as soon as possible, but there are sometimes delays. Inclement weather conditions (i.e. too hot or too cold), hazardous driving conditions, flight schedules and puppy development, are all out of my control.
Understand that we will NOT ship a puppy unless we feel that the conditions are safe, and that the puppy is ready to make the trip. We do this to ensure that your puppy will arrive to your home safe and healthy, and thank you for your understanding.

Guarantee - We offer a one year written health guarantee. Please see the health guarantee and contract page. If you are no longer able to assume responsibility for your Sweet and Sassy puppy, we will be more than happy to take the puppy back and find a suitable home for it. We do not want any of our babies ending up in a shelter or pound!
